In a post-recession market- employers need to make sure that their approach to compensation is fair, competitive, and effective in retaining your best talent. Staying ahead of the curve as it pertains to your organizational compensation philosophy, and regularly benchmarking your salary structure is key to maintaining a successful total rewards program. This workshop will provide Human Resource professionals an understanding of how to interpret compensation surveys to more effectively benchmark their organization’s job salary ranges against applicable market data.   Paying attention to market fluctuations and acting upon them appropriately is a key part of managing an organization’s competitiveness. In addition, this workshop will discuss how the HR leader can work with organization executives to develop the overall compensation philosophy to support your company’s formal employee value proposition.
