Who should attend?

A forum for HR professionals who are new to the industry (5 or less years experience) looking to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and investigate career paths with individuals at similar points in their careers. The group will be facilitated by one or more experienced HR professionals in order to get immediate input and additional advice that only someone with more experience can provide.
 

SHRP is introducing another excellent Free Members Only Benefit! We will hold roundtable discussions each month to explore the issues and challenges HR Professionals face as well as exchange ideas and learn from one another. In order to bring you the topics that are most relevant to your role and career level these roundtables will be geared toward separate groups each month include

• Young HR Professionals (with 5 or less years HR Experience)
• Experienced HR Professionals (with more than 5 years of HR Experience)
• HR Professionals in Transition (Professionals currently unemployed)
• Senior Level HR Professionals (VP-level HR Professionals, invitation-only)

The format of these roundtable discussions will be as follows

3:00 – 3:30: Registration/Networking
3:30 – 5:00: Discussion
 

So as to allow for optimal discussion, attendance is limited to 20 SHRP Members. Register Early!
