The SHRP Programs Committee is continually looking for speakers that can educate our members and help develop their careers in HR. All presentations must conform to the HRCI functional areas as this allows our members to receive recertification credit. Anyone interested in being a SHRP presenter must offer a presentation that complies with this list. Presentations should be educational in nature and include actionable items attendees can put to use at their organizations; presentations may not be sales oriented. Depending on the session time frame, speakers are generally expected to speak for 30 to 60 minutes and then engage attendees in a 15 to 45 minute interactive discussion/Q&A session.
Speakers benefit from speaking in front of a mid to large size group of HR professionals. Our presenters are not paid for their presentations or reimbursed for expenses.
